Hoe kan bij Windows 11 Home/pro een lokaal account aan maken:

  1.  Click and Hold together  (Fn + Shift + F10)
  2.  Type on cmd this command: 
     ncpa.cpl
  3.  Here Disable Network connection (Right Click to icon of your wifi or lan network drive – than disable it)
  4.  Type on cmd this command: 
    oobe\bypassnro
  5.  You just Enabled ability to create local user accounts on windows 11 wait for Laptop to be restarted.
  6.  Start Setup processing from beginning and you have to see the option:
  7.  Continue with limited Setup (this was the most wanted option that was hiden)
  8. Name your Computer and Enjoy
  9. Finish
